Peep is a cloud-based appointment scheduling & business management CRM solution, combining both businesses and consumers into one user experience for statistical analysis and data visualization. Providing features to help business better do: slot booking, calendar Management, product management, service management, point of sale (POS), and better online booking
The challenge was to create a brand identity that would appeal to a diverse range of target personas, including spa owners, pet grooming shop owners, barber shop owners, and beauty salon owners. Each of these personas had unique needs and preferences, making it a difficult task to create a brand that would resonate with all of them.

The end result needed to strike a balance between neutrality and uniqueness. The brand identity had to be adaptable to all of the target personas while also feeling fresh, new, and professional. The goal was to provide a solution that addressed the various challenges each persona faced in their day-to-day business operations, while conveying a sense of innovation and reliability.
